Amy took these panoramic photos of the bay and spliced them together. The pictures were taken from the port side of the Midway. If you look really close to the far right (to the left of the body standing there), you can just make out the Nimitz (CVN-68) at North Island. The Nimitz is surrounded by a large barrier, likely to protect it from a waterborne attack such as the one perpetrated against the Cole in 2002
