Here we have the galleries. Since we bought our digital camera, we have this funny habit of taking it along with us wherever we go. We even take photographs with it on occasion, and this is the place I'll stick them if I feel they're relevant or (at the least) interesting in some way.

Gen Con SoCal 2004
These are pictures that were taken on or around the time of GenCon SoCal. It was a busy weekend. Amy, being five or six months along in her pregnancy, wanted to take the opportunity to go to Disneyland one last time before our new master arrived. To top it off, GWAR was playing at the Galaxy Theatre, and I wasn't about to miss them. So that's what this gallery presents: a mixture of photos taken over Gen Con SoCal weekend 2004.

Gen Con Indianapolis 2004
Here we have pictures that were taken at GenCon Indianapolis. GenCon was necessary for me. I had to go. I suppose there are better conventions to sell myself at, like Origins and GAMA, but GenCon is (and always will be) the holy grail of game cons. I probably should have taken more pictures, but I didn't. Sue me.

Gen Con SoCal 2003 Pictorial Diary
I kept a brief diary of my experiences at Gen Con SoCal, more for my own piece of mind. It's ramblings, mostly, but they seem to be at least somewhat coherent. There are pictures, too, which can also be found in the Gen Con SoCal 2003 gallery.

Gen Con SoCal 2003
For those who want the pictures and not the annoying, self-absorbed narrative of the diary, here you go. Between my wife and I, we took a lot of pictures, but only a few made the final gallery.

ComiCon 2003
Amy and I decided at the last minute to attend the San Diego Comic Convention. It's not one of those conventions that we intend to go to, but for one reason or another we always find ourselves drawn there for at least a few hours. We're not really into comic books anymore, but there's always something interesting to see.

My Midway Trip
On the weekend of July 17th, 2003, my wife and I, along with some friends, paid a visit to the San Diego Aircraft Carrier Museum. What follows is a gallery of images that we took while touring the Midway, one of the most accomplished aircraft carriers in the history of the U.S. Navy.

City Panoramas
Panoramic photos of San Diego taken from the deck of the Midway.

My Son!
My baby boy, Stephen, arrived on March 21st, 2005. This gallery is for pictures of him. I intend to add to this gallery as often as I can, so check back every so often to see if there's anything new.

My Other (Furry) Children
In the past, when people asked me if I had children, I'd usually answer, "No, but I have three cats." Although I'm sure feline sociology is nothing compared to the political wrangling inherent in a family of three (or four, or five), it's still damned interesting to see our cats interact with one another. Although we have a child now, I still think of our cats as very important members of our family. Even when they pee on our laptops or puke on our Cyberpunk sourcebooks.
