Long Time No Update

4.10.07
It's been some time since I've updated this site, and for good reason: I've been busy!

I'm still here; still alive, kicking, and (thankfully) writing. Both 2007 and 2008 have a lot in store for me. In the news: I've got a daughter now. Madeline was born on February 26th, and as of today she's nearly 1.5 months old.

As for the old creative engine, it's still purring. I continue to do freelance work for a number of publishers for product lines that I really like working on. Now, if only someone would pay me to stay home and write full time. I think I'd be living in a dream.

Several bits of this site are woefully out of date. I plan to go over them now and get them sorted out. This would include my portfolio, which is a bit larger than it was last year at this time.

For now, do me a favor and check out my weblogs: Neuro-Suction and Freelance Father. As always, I welcome any and all email that you care to send.

A Long Expected Update

4.5.06
Astute visitors will notice subtle differences in the site this evening. For example, there have been some additions to the link section, and my portfolio has been updated to include new releases, as well as books that have been announced, but not yet published.

I've come a long way since this site originally went up. I've gone from having a hand full of web publications and a magazine article in Dungeon/Polyhedron, to having my name attached to several products that I'm quite proud of. I'm not exactly a household name (unless you happen to be in my apartment), but I think I've proven to myself that I'm able to meet the deadlines and collect a few bucks for my troubles.

Anyway, you're here now. Please, poke around, see what's new. Questions? Drop me a line.

For more timely updates (occasionally on a daily basis -- depends on my coffee intake), visit one or both of my web logs: Neuro-Suction and/or Freelance Father. The former is a companion to this site, keyed more towards writing and gaming. The latter is where I discuss my son, and the many ways he has influenced my life.

Cheers!
